Quality > Quantity.
Location. Growing Techniques. Consistency.
We have always believed that wine-growing practices are heavily dependent on knowing your soil, your vines, and reacting accordingly to mother nature. The growing season involves a season-long ensemble of finding the perfect balance to ensure high-quality fruit production. We are here to offer the best of the winegrowing practices in Oliver and Osoyoos, B.C.
East Bench Block, Osoyoos, B.C.
Deep sand runs throughout, encouraging plant stress, while the lake helps balance the nighttime temperatures. Granite is intermingled with the sand, adding mineral depth. Perfect for finishing high quality red varieties.
This block hosts our premium red varieties:
Syrah
Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Sauvignon
West Bench Block, Osoyoos, B.C.
Even distribution of heat from the morning and afternoon sunlight. Mild Eastern-facing slope that arcs towards the lake and mitigates some of the burning heat typical to the region. Extraordinary finishes of Cabernet Sauvignon that can be produced as solo, blends or even rose wines.
This block consists entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Paradise Block, Oliver, BC
The land at Paradise block integrates silt from the nearby Okanagan River and its conjoining floodplains. Pockets of this vineyard show gravel, sand, and glacio-fluvial soil.
Flatter conditions also mean a more balanced day for sunlight, without the extreme morning/afternoon sun that southern vineyards experience.
The Paradise block consists of 4 varieties:
Merlot
Cabernet Sauvignon
Gamay Noir
Pinot Gris
